Can't receive the password reset e-mail?

Your WebSpirit LogIn ID is always the e-mail address you used when you originally registered with us.

If you forget your password, our system will send a password reset link to your primary WebSpirit address. This can cause problems if you are no longer checking messages at your primary WebSpirit address. If you are unable to receive your password reset e-mail, we will work with you to resolve.

Please contact us via the ASK A QUESTIONlink, and tell us your original LogIn e-mail ID.

We will provide you with direct access your account (Using your original Login ID.) When you can once again access the system, you may change your receiving e-mail address from your Control Panel.

Of course, you also have the option of re-subscribing to WebSpirit. You can set up a new member record from our "Join" page.
